UPS Ground and USPS Parcel Post are our standard carriers. P.O. Boxes will be shipped to with USPS. No APO/FPO addresses. Processing may take up to three business days. Please make sure you include your full street address. Your order should arrive in 3-9 days depending on your location.
48 Cont. States (Second Day)
UPS 2nd Day Air. No P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Processing will take 24 hours. Please make sure you include your full street address. Your order should arrive in 2-3 days depending on the time of your order.
AK & HI (Ground)
UPSP is our standard carrier. P.O. Boxes will be shipped to with USPS. No APO/FPO addresses. Processing may take up to three business days. Please make sure you include your full street address. Your order should arrive in 6-12 days depending on your location.
Prices are automatically calculated based on weight.
We expect that you will be delighted with your products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your merchandise you may return it. Items marked specials cannot be replaced if broken in transit but a similiar item in value may be substituted for the broken item.
To return an item contact us within 10 days of receipt by email or phone and get an authorization number. Ship the product to us in good condition, using UPS or Parcel Post (Insured). Please pack the item to avoid breakage and include your packing slip. Write the authorization number on the outside of the package and mail to the return address that we will provide you.
You will be refunded the cost of the item excluding shipping and handling and minus a 10% restocking fee on the item(s) returned.
